What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and business services.
- Provide friendly, solution-oriented customer service.
- Learn printing services (signs, banners, etc.).
- Handle daily tasks like stocking, organizing, and mail sorting.
- Support store operations and grow into leadership responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service or retail experience.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Basic computer and equipment skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Notary Public (or willing to become one).
- Willing to complete Live Scan certification.
